Thank you for your patience and support during these difficult times. The good news is that Governor Wolf gave us the permission in June to care for all of our patients needs. During the shutdown and ongoing we worked as a team, tirelessly to educate, make necessary adjustments and to find the proper PPE to keep you and the entire team safe. Per CDC Guidelines, patients who have tested positive within a two-week period, are required to reschedule. We continue to follow CDC standards to maintain patient safety.
We hired a certified OSHA trainer to fit test our masks and train us on proper use, written CDC protocols; thus making us OSHA certified.
No contact temperature checks and a quick set of questions will ensure our team is ready, willing and able to provide safe dental care – every day.
Each of our treatment rooms have an air filtration device running with a HEPA filters.
In addition to the enhanced “Dry Shield” high-speed evacuation used in your mouth there is an external high-speed suction placed at patient level to capture aerosols.
Illuminated after patients exit the space - this is the same level of viral mitigation you may have observed in ambulance or in hospital operating rooms.
We will provide a flavored peroxide containing solution to rinse prior to your procedure.
Many of our consultation appointments are being conducted with a tele dentistry approach to minimize dental office traffic. Of course, certain situations require technology and an in-person visit.
Please click on the Patients Appointment Preparation link on the upper right hand corner of our homepage to understand your responsibilities for keeping you, our other patients, and our staff safe.
Thank you for your patience and understanding for the additional time needed for each appointment. We opened very cautiously at first and feel we have an organized approach to safety and health. We cannot wait to get you back on track to excellent oral health.
